Shortly after joining Telecare Corporation’s HART, I was tasked by the HART Program Manager with implementing Telecare’s Tenant Curriculum across several supportive housing sites throughout Santa Barbara County.

Telecare corporation’s Housing Assistance and Retention Team rolled out the eight week tenant curriculum sessions across five supportive housing sites within the first year of program operations. HART increased access to knowledge, advice, and advocacy surrounding supportive housing for tenants transitioning from homelessness which contributed to a 97% reduction in eviction rates among HART clients.
